Terms of Service

These terms govern the 777pinger website, Free plan, paid subscriptions, and early-access features. By creating or using an account, you agree to them.Last updated September 10, 2026

777pinger is operated by 777 Easy LLC, 3678 Park Ave. W., Ontario, OH 44903, USA.

The service

777pinger provides monitoring and related informational tools. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without a service-level agreement and may contain errors, experience interruptions, or change as we improve it. Monitoring results are not a substitute for professional security, legal, compliance, or operational advice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, keep alert contacts current, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Authorized monitoring

You may monitor only websites, networks, systems, ports, domains, jobs, and other assets that you own or have explicit permission to test. Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

Your data

You retain your rights in information and monitoring targets you submit. You give 777pinger permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit it.

Availability and changes

We may add, remove, restrict, or change features and limits. We may suspend checks or accounts when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address security and reliability risks. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice when practical.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Pro, Business, Enterprise, and paid add-ons are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. The exact items, price, currency, applicable tax, and total are shown before payment. A paid subscription automatically renews each month using the saved payment method until canceled. The Free plan does not require a credit card. We do not offer a paid trial unless the checkout page expressly says that a trial applies.

Upgrades, downgrades, and add-ons

Higher-cost changes, added regions, and newly enabled paid add-ons are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period and become available only after Stripe confirms payment. Lower-cost changes, removed add-ons, and reduced region capacity are scheduled for the next renewal. Capacity changes may take a few minutes to reach every monitoring location.

Cancellation

You may cancel through Plan and billing in your account or by emailing billing@777pinger.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. You keep the current paid access until that date. Deleting an account or stopping use does not by itself cancel an active subscription.

Refunds

Subscription and add-on payments are generally non-refundable, including for unused time or resources. Contact billing@777pinger.com within 30 days if you believe there was a duplicate or incorrect charge, or if a material 777pinger service failure prevented use for a substantial portion of the paid period. We will review the request and may issue a full or partial refund when appropriate. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Taxes and failed payments

Prices shown outside checkout may exclude tax. Stripe calculates applicable tax using the billing information provided at checkout. You are responsible for accurate billing and tax information. If a payment fails, paid features may remain locked, be reduced, or be suspended until payment is confirmed. We will not ask you to send full card details by email or support message.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or merchantability. We do not guarantee that every outage, vulnerability, configuration problem, or expiration will be detected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 777pinger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, or discontinuation of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
