Acceptable Use Policy

Permission is required

You may monitor or test an asset only when you own it or have explicit authorization from the owner. You must be able to provide evidence of that authorization if reasonably requested.

Prohibited activity

You may not use 777pinger to:

• scan, probe, or monitor systems without permission
• attempt credential attacks, exploitation, malware delivery, or unauthorized access
• evade security controls, rate limits, blocks, or access restrictions
• disrupt a service or generate excessive, deceptive, or abusive traffic
• collect sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate consent
• violate applicable privacy, intellectual-property, export-control, sanctions, or other laws

Ports and private infrastructure

Port and firewall monitoring must be limited to expected services on infrastructure you are authorized to operate or assess. Private agents must be installed by an authorized administrator with the least access necessary.

Enforcement and reports

We may limit checks, block destinations, preserve relevant records, or suspend an account while investigating suspected abuse. Report suspected abuse or a security issue by email.
