Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information 777pinger handles while providing its infrastructure-monitoring service and website.
Last updated September 18, 2026777pinger is operated by 777 Easy LLC, 3678 Park Ave. W., Ontario, OH 44903, USA.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account credentials, support messages, alert recipients, and monitoring settings. Monitoring data may include domains, URLs, IP addresses, DNS records, certificate details, response information, performance measurements, and check history. Optional private agents also report their computer hostname, agent version, platform, connection activity, and assigned check results.
We also receive basic technical information when you use the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, security events, and an essential sign-in cookie.
If a customer installs optional 777pinger Visitor Insights on its website, we receive the visited page path, referrer domain, country, general region, device category, and page-performance measurements. The script removes query strings, uses no cookies, and respects the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Our analytics event records do not store the visitor’s raw IP address; the request IP address is processed to produce a rotating one-way identifier used to estimate daily unique visitors. Hosting providers also process technical request information to serve and protect the service.
Optional local-network scans
When an authorized customer enables local scanning, the selected private agent reports approved private IP addresses, available hostnames and hardware addresses, observed TCP ports, limited software greetings, first/last observation times, scan progress, and changes. Scanning is off until approved in the workspace and allowed on the agent computer. These details remain within the customer workspace and are not published as service-status data.
The latest network inventory and up to 100 scan-change entries are retained until the scan monitor is deleted, subject to backup retention. The optional CVE research tool sends only the selected software product and version to NIST’s public National Vulnerability Database. It does not send the network inventory, IP addresses, hostnames, agent tokens or credentials to NVD.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure 777pinger, run requested checks, display results, diagnose failures, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve the product, and comply with law. Stripe processes checkout and payment information; 777pinger does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We share information with service providers as needed to run 777pinger. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide application hosting and security; Amazon Web Services provides domain, DNS, authentication, email, monitoring infrastructure, and backups; Stripe handles billing and payments; and Microsoft 365 hosts our business mailboxes. Telnyx delivers requested phone-verification codes and optional monitoring-alert texts, processing phone numbers, message content, delivery information, and opt-out or opt-in replies. Phone verification and consent are required before monitoring texts are enabled. Customer-chosen Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams or webhook destinations receive the alert information the customer directs us to send.
See our Service providers page for purposes, data categories, and provider privacy links. Providers process information under the terms applicable to their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, the public, or the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and monitoring settings while needed to provide the service. Routine cleanup targets 30 days for raw monitoring results, private-agent connection events, Visitor Insights events, and DNS record history; 90 days after resolution for incidents; and 180 days for account audit events. Cleanup runs periodically in bounded batches, so removal is not immediate at these ages. Network-scan inventory has the separate retention described above.
Encrypted application backups have a separate lifecycle: current copies are scheduled to expire after 90 days, and older versions after 30 days as an older version. Copies can therefore remain recoverable for approximately 120 days from creation, plus storage-provider processing time. Deleting live data does not immediately erase backup copies. This is not a guarantee of a particular recovery time or successful restoration.
You can request deletion review in your signed-in account or by emailing privacy@777pinger.com. We verify identity, scope, billing, and applicable retention before acting. Submitting a request does not itself delete data, stop monitoring, or cancel a subscription. Cancel renewal separately through Plan and billing or contact billing@777pinger.com.
Billing, support, security, and deletion-request records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. These records and service-provider copies are not all subject to the monitoring-history cleanup periods above. We will explain the retained categories and applicable handling when reviewing a request.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected vulnerability or unauthorized access to security@777pinger.com.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We will verify requests before acting on them.
Children
777pinger is a business and technical service not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Questions may be sent to privacy@777pinger.com.
