Privacy & transparency
Service providers
These services help us operate 777pinger. What they process depends on the features you use and the information you provide.
Last updated September 18, 2026777pinger is operated by 777 Easy LLC, 3678 Park Ave. W., Ontario, OH 44903, USA.
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare — website and application hosting
OpenAI Sites provides our publishing and hosting platform, with Cloudflare infrastructure serving the website and application. Hosting processes account and workspace information, monitoring settings and results, and technical request information needed to serve and protect the service.
Amazon Web Services — sign-in, monitoring, email, and backups
We use AWS for domain and DNS services, Cognito sign-in, SES account and alert emails, monitoring infrastructure, and backups. Depending on the service, this includes account identifiers, authentication information, email recipients and message content, delivery events, monitoring targets and results, and backup copies of application data.
Stripe — subscriptions and payments
Stripe handles checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment methods, and related tax calculations. It receives billing contact details, billing addresses, subscription information, and payment details entered into Stripe. 777pinger stores billing references and subscription status, not your full payment-card number.
Microsoft 365 — business email
Microsoft 365 hosts our support, sales, billing, security, and privacy mailboxes. When you email us, it processes your address, message, attachments, and our replies. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, API keys, or full payment-card details by email.
Telnyx — optional text-message alerts
Telnyx delivers phone-verification codes and optional monitoring-alert texts. When you request verification or enable texts with permission, it processes the recipient's phone number, message content, delivery information, and replies such as STOP and START. Buying SMS access does not enroll a phone automatically; recipients must verify their number and consent before monitoring alerts are enabled.
Destinations you choose
If you connect Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams or another webhook destination, we send alert information to that destination as you configure it. These customer-selected services have their own privacy terms. Check your destination and recipients before enabling an integration.
Public DNS and domain-registration lookups
Some checks send the public hostname and requested record type to Cloudflare’s public DNS resolver. Domain-expiration checks send the domain name to RDAP.org, which directs the lookup to the relevant registration-data service. These services receive the lookup and normal connection information, not your workspace inventory or account credentials. Monitoring also contacts the target services you configure.
NIST National Vulnerability Database — optional research
When you request CVE research, we send the selected software product and version to NIST’s public National Vulnerability Database, along with normal connection information. We do not send your network inventory, private IP addresses, hostnames, or agent credentials. This is advisory research, not proof that a device is vulnerable or secure, and it is not a NIST certification.
Monitoring locations and data handling
A monitoring location controls where a check runs. It does not mean all account, hosting, email, payment, or backup processing stays in that location. The providers above use their own infrastructure and contractual arrangements; this page is not a promise of country-specific data residency.
